Rosemary Church Cemetery, Candler, Georgia, USA Notes: Rosemary Church and cemetery is located 8 miles from the Candler County Courthouse. 7 miles north of Metter on Hwy 121, then 1 mile West, church and cemetery are on the right, near the Fifteen Mile Creek. This cemetery was first used in 1885. It is located East of Rosemary Primitive Baptist Church. The soil is soft white sand. A branch of the Fifteen Mile Creek curves around the NE side of the cemetery. The land for the church was given by Hiram Jones in 1875, additional land has been purchased from Mrs. Inez Rooks to enlarge the cemetery. » Show All «Prev 1 2 3 » Slide Show |
