Cooper 1942-2015 Sandra will be remembered as a gracious and loving mother and leader in the community and church. She is survived by James, her husband of 51 years, daughters Laura Fitzgibbon of Plano, Texas and Angie Crouse of West Linn, Oregon and three grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11am on Tuesday, September 22 at St. Philip Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Philip's Kids Against Hunger program that Sandra was instrumental in starting.
