    Clarice Monroe Crooms -CLINTON, TN - A graveside memorial service for Clarice Monroe Crooms, 81, who passed away on August 26, will be held Sunday, September 4 at Collegedale, Tennessee. The service will be held at 11A.M. at Collegedale Memorial Park Cemetery.

    Clarice is survived by her son, David Crooms; brothers, Frank, Ron, Kenneth, Thomas, and Gerry Monroe. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Jason Silva, Jennifer Silva, Jeremy Moore, and Babett Crooms; son-in-law Eddie Avant, and several step grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

    Darrell W. Monroe -BYRON - Darrell W. Monroe, 58, passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2004 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia.

    Services will be held at 11A.M. on Tuesday, September 7 at the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Macon Memorial Park.

    The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7:00 until 9:00 at McCullough Funeral Home.

    Darrell was born in Macon, Georgia. He was retired from the Civil Service at Robins AFB as a production management specialist. He served as a Lieutenant in the United States Army in Vietnam in 1967-1968. Darrell loved to hunt, fish and golf. He was a member of Aldersgate Methodist Church in Macon.

    His parents, William and Ruthie Monroe, sisters, Lynette Berkner, Melva Mead and brother, Bill Monroe preceded him in death.

    Survivors include his loving companion, Edi Harvey, Byron; son, Mark Monroe (Donna), Warner Robins; step-sons, Michael Harvey (Lisa), Cochran, Mark Harvey (Melanie), Warner Robins; sisters, Clarice Crooms, TN, Elouise Lowie (Dallas), Centerville; brothers, Frank Monroe (Ely), Henderson, Ronald Monroe (Gail), Milan, Kenneth Monroe (Janet) Scotland, GA, Thomas Monroe, McRae, Gerry Monroe (Julana) Macon; grandchildren, Kamron, Tyler and Summer Monroe. -Go to www.mcculloughfh.com to sign the Online Registry for the family. -McCullough Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.

    Kenneth Aaron Monroe, Sr., 75, of Scotland, died suddenly on Saturday, October 27. A funeral service will be held at 11:00A.M., Thursday, November 1, in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home, McRae. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

    A committal service will be held at 4:00P.M., Thursday at Riverside Memorial Park, Jacksonville, FL. Nephews, Pastor Randy Berkner and Pastor Jid Collins will officiate the services.

    A native of Macon, Mr. Monroe was the son of the late William W. and Ruthie Flanders Monroe and was married to the late Mary Elizabeth “Libby” Moody Monroe. A loving and devoted father, he was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Baldwin, FL, and attended McRae Church of God. Mr. Monroe was preceded in death by his loving partner, M. Jeanette Rayburn, four sisters and three brothers.

    Survivors include his children, K. Aaron Monroe, Jr., and Tammy (Larry) Howell; and granddaughter, Amanda Maulsby, all of Baldwin FL; seven great-grandchildren; brothers, Ronald J. (Gail) Monroe of Milan, Thomas N. Monroe of Scotland and Gary E. (Julana) Monroe of Macon; honorary daughter, Sandra Howe; sisters-in-law, Ely Monroe and Edie Monroe; and many other beloved relatives and special friends.
