She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Joseph Butera, Sr. of Tampa; six sons, Peter Butera of Tampa, Nelson Butera of Valrico, Domenic Butera of Temple Terrace, Joseph Butera, Jr. of Tampa, Gaspar Butera of Valrico and Anthony Butera of Treasure Island. Interment will follow at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park.

BUTERA, Jr. Joseph 55, born November 1st, 1961 in Ybor City, FL peacefully entered eternal rest on June 13th, 2017. He was a native of Tampa, FL and grew up in the Oak Park area. He participated in lightweight boxing and played football. He was the son of Joseph and Mary Butera and has 5 brothers. They shared many special moments together. He also loved his mommy’s spaghetti and with no doubt she greeted him in Heaven with open arms and now they will rest together. He is survived by his father, Joseph and 5 brothers, Pete, Nelson, Domenic, Gaspar and Anthony. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). Visitation will be Friday, 6/16/2017 at 9 am followed by funeral service at 10am at Blount & Curry, Garden of Memories Funeral Home with burial at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park, Tampa, Florida.
