LAKE CITY - Clarence L. Taylor of Lake City died Friday at the Lake City Medical Center after a heart attack. He was 72.
Mr. Taylor was a lifelong resident of Lake City.
He worked as a caretaker for Dicks Farming. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Thelma Greek Taylor of Lake City; his daughters Glenda Wiggins, Sharon Mills, Eva Shepard and Tina Law, all of Lake City, and Elizabeth "Curly" Battle of Bell; sons Lucky Taylor of Starke, and Ray Taylor and Buck Taylor, both of Lake City; brother Edward Taylor of Lake City; sisters Geneva Bishop of Fort White and Mary Jones of Trenton; 25 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren.
