  	Richard E. Dicks Mr. Richard E. Dicks, age 66, passed away February 9th after an extended illness. He was a life long resident of Columbia County and was son of the late Elvin Dicks and Ann Harrell. He also was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, Walter and Clara Dicks. One sister survives. The most important thing he did was 3 weeks prior to death he asked Jesus to come into his heart and by faith accepted Him as his personal Lord and Savior. A graveside memorial service will be conducted Thursday, February 27th, 1:00 p.m. at Hopeful Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Ralph Rodriguez officiating.
