  	Augusta Chronicle, The (GA) May 31, 1998 OBITUARY MRS. GERTRUDE JOHNSON HOMEMAKER Dateline: FOLKSTON, GA. Mrs. Gertrude Johnson died Friday, May 29, 1998, at Jefferson County Hospital. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Folkston United Methodist Church with the Revs. Dan Williamson and Gene McCullough officiating. Burial will be in Folkston City Cemetery. Mrs. Johnson, a native of Camden County, was a homemaker and a member of Folkston Garden Club. She was a member of Folkston United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the United Methodist Women and taught Sunday school. Survivors include a daughter, Mary Ann Armistead, Bartow; a brother, Lawrence J. Wildes, Riverdale; a sister, Aderine Reynolds, St. Marys; and two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Johnny Jones, David Jones, Forrest Wildes, Clint Johnson, Lindsey Jones, Sidney Wildes and Pierce Harris. Friends may call at Adkins-Sheppard Funeral Home.
