She was a homemaker and the widow of Leonard Powell Sr. She was a Baptist. SURVIVORS: two sons, Leonard Powell Jr., and Marvin Powell, both of Lyons; five daughters, Eula P. Edwards, Lula Powell and Tera P. Collins, all of Lyons, Joyce P. Edge of Vidalia and Carolyn P. Dyer of Ellabell; a sister, Daisey May Turner of Baxley; eight grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. FUNERAL: 2 p.m. Wednesday at Cedar Creek Primitive Baptist Church, burial in the church cemetery.
