- McQUAIG, Lawrence E. a kind, decent and a very good man has departed this life Oct.16, 2011 for a new journey at age 91. He had the beauty of character, virtue and moral excellence. He was a wonderful role model of a loving husband and father. He was loved and respected and will be missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Penny; and his sons, Ken McQuaig of Morton Grove, IL, Jim Flynn of Chicago, IL; and his daughter, Patricia Motes, East Palatka, FL. A graveside service will be held at BayPines VA cemetery at a date to be arranged.
