- Jonathan Andrew Owens, 33, passed away on Saturday January
17, 2015.
He was born on September 21, 1981, in Dahlonega, GA., and has
lived in Jacksonville most of his life. He was a graduate of Englewood
High School class of 2000, and served in the US Marines.
Survivors include his son, Braedyn Owens; daughter, Breyanna Owens; parents, Jimmy and Judy
Ennis Owens; brother, Jeremy Owens; and a host of other relatives and
friends.
Funeral services will be held on Friday January 23, at 12pm in
the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville,
with Pastor Chris Tomlinson officiating.
Interment with military honors will follow in Jacksonville National Cemetery at 2pm. The family will
receive friends on Thursday evening at the funeral home from 6pm until
8pm.
