  	Grace Wilkes Callicutt, age 80, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019, at First Health Hospice And Palliative Care in Pinehurst. Mrs. Callicutt was born in Montgomery County on October 14, 1938, to Thomas and Nittie Sanders Wilkes. She was a homemaker and was a strong and wonderful mom and grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Callicutt, Sr. and son, Paul Callicutt, Jr. She is survived by daughters, Janet Britt of Carthage, Patty Collier of Carthage, Libby Dillon of Carthage, Diane Talbert of Troy, and Tammy Dunn of Carthage; son, James Callicutt, of Carthage; brother, Arthur Wilkes, of Carthage; sister, Christine Burns, of Aberdeen; twelve grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00 - 2:45 p.m., Saturday, May 25, at Callicutt Chapel Wesleyan Church and other times at her home in Carthage.
