- Evelyn “Marie” Goodbread, age 60, of Raiford, Florida passed way at Lake Butler Hospital, Tuesday, December 15, 2015. She was born in Macclenny, Florida on November 30, 1955 to Kenny Wilkerson and Evelyn Combs Wilkerson. Marie was a mother and waitress at Connie’s Kitchen. In her free time she enjoyed flower gardening, cooking, and her coy fish pond. She also loved reading her Bible. But most of all Marie’s passion was spending time with her family. She is predeceased by her sisters, Linda Crews and Darlene Lauramore; and brother, Ronald Wilkerson.
Marie is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Tommy Goodbread of Raiford, FL; children, all originally from Baker County, Michelle (Richard) Evernden, Jonathan (Christy) Rizer, Amanda Rizer, all of Raiford, FL, Thomas Goodbread Jr., and Timothy Goodbread both of Jacksonville, FL; brothers, Wilfred (Gale) Wilkerson, and Randall Wilkerson both of Macclenny, FL; brother-in-law, Jimmy Crews of Glen St. Mary, FL; sister, Patricia (Ralph) Keifer of Macclenny, FL; nine grandchildren; one great- grand daughter.
A Celebration of Marie’s Life will be held at V. Todd Ferreira Funeral Services Chapel on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 11:00 am with Pastor Donnie Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 18, 2015 from 6:00 -8:00 pm at the funeral home. The arrangements are under the care and direction of V. TODD FERREIRA FUNERAL SERVICES, 250 North Lowder Street, Macclenny, FL 32063 (904)259-5700.
