- Mrs. Grace Marie Youngblood Cason, age 97, of Douglas passed away early Wednesday morning, June 27, 2012, at the Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.
Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Ray (Sandy) Cason of Douglas, Ga., and Brent (Delores) Cason of Stapleton, Ga., six grandchildren: Alyssa (Mark) Davis of Atlanta, Ga. Beth (Andy) Wilkes of Douglas, Ga., Chris Cason of Athens, Ga., Tara Cason of Atlanta, Ga., Nancy Cason of Alma, Ga., Emily (Michael) Spivey of Jacksonville, Fl., and one great grand child: Joel Wilkes of Douglas, Ga. and one step grand child: Jack Bazemore of Stapleton, Ga., several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Funeral services were Saturday, June 30, 2012, at 11:00 A.M., at the Central Baptist Church in Douglas, GA with interment in the Meeks Cemetery in Nicholls, GA
