	Charles Leon Williams, Sr., 90, of Winter Haven, FL passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at the Good Shepherd Hospice Forsythe Hospice House in Auburndale. Born November 29, 1925 in Lake Butler, FL he was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a veteran of WWII, serving as an Army Ranger. He worked for Laundry Textile Company, was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Haines City Ward. Was a member of the Winter Haven Moose Lodge and was a member of the American Legion Post 8 in Winter Haven. He is survived by: his wife of 66 years, Wanuase; a son, Charles Leon Williams, Jr and his wife Glenda of Auburndale; 2 daughters, Glynda Jean Latham of Winter Haven and Sherri Denise Stewart and her husband Mark of Auburndale; a brother, James Curtis Williams of Lake City, FL a sister, Dorothy Alma Williams of The Villages, FL; 6 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 10:00am till 11:00am, Monday, July 11, 2016 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00am.
