  	LULU - Jessie Drew "J.D." Williams died Tuesday at Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Gainesville after an extended illness. He was 82. Mr. Williams was born in Lulu and lived most of his life in Union County. He was self-employed. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his daughter, Sharon Harris of Lakeland; a son, Jessie Drew Williams Jr. of Lake City; a stepson, Chuck Floyd of Lakeland; brothers Curtis Williams of Lake City and Leon Williams of Winter Haven; sisters Rosalie Stuart of Winter Park, Vadie Alfred of Oregon and Dorothy McGril of Winter Park; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
