Death	Letha Adelia Brown Dicks Published: Sunday, July 27, 2008 6:13 AM EDT Lake City Reporter Mrs. Letha Adelia Brown Dicks, 77 of rural Lake Butler died Friday evening at Haven Hospice of Lake City after a brief illness. Mrs. Dicks was born in Union County where she lived most of her life. She was a housewife and enjoyed working outside in her yard and spending time with her family. She was the daughter of the late Frank Brown and Leatie Crawford Brown. She was preceded in death by a brother, Archie Lee Brown of Lake City and a brother-in-law, Larry Richardson of Lake Butler. Mrs. Dicks is survived by: Her husband of 60 years: Ivol Dicks of Lake Butler. 1 Daughter: Marilyn (Dean) Williams of Lake City. 1 Son: Dale (Sheila) Dicks of Lake Butler. 2 Sisters: Stella Mae (Charles) Tomlinson and Frances Richardson all of Lake Butler. 2 Brothers: Millard (Betty) Brown of Lake City and Mana Lee (Linda) Brown of Land O Lakes. 1 Sister-in-law: Audrey Brown of Lake City. 2 Grandchildren: Scott Dicks and Jennifer Dicks both of Lake Butler. Several nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, July 28, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at Hopeful Baptist Church Cemetery with Elder Wendell Nettles officiating. Burial will follow. Archer Funeral Home of Lake Butler is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends at ARCHER FUNERAL HOME Sunday afternoon from 3 P.M. to 5 P.M.
