  	LEXINGTON Graveside service for Donald Clark Wilkes, 88, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 13, 2014, in Shady Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, is assisting the family Mr. Wilkes died Saturday, May 10, 2014. Born in Hartsville, he was a son of the late Archie Clark and Mallie Lee Goodson Wilkes. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and loved to watch sports. Surviving are his daughters, Sharon Northcutt and Sandy Benton, both of Lexington; brothers, Delbert Wilkes of Prosperity, Ray Wilkes of Athens, Ga.; two grandchildren, Vicki Peavy, Jennifer Springer; and three great-grandchildren, David Northcutt, Ryan Springer and Alyssa Springer. He was predeceased by a son, Stephen Wilkes and a brother, Robert Wilkes.
