CASON, Irene Rebernick, 93, of Lutz, FL, passed away peacefully January 24, 2018 surrounded by her children.
She was known for her captivating smile and love of family. She was born August 17, 1924 in Mosinee, WI, to the late Anton and Mary Rebernick. After her WWII service in the Navy as a WAVE, she married Richard Keith Cason at Arlington Chapel, MD in 1945.
Preceding her in death are Richard, her husband of 71 years; her six siblings, Leo Rebernick, Tony Rebernick, Marjorie Heckert, Marion Garske, "Woody" Rebernick and Joyce Reyniers and their spouses.
Irene is survived by her three daughters, Debra Hennings (Jack), Vicki Bollinger and Gail Cason; grandchildren, Keith Hennings and Russell Hennings (Christina); great-grandchildren Acacia and Jack Hennings and many nieces and nephews.
Private interment will be at Bushnell National Cemetery.
