Riley P. Melton, 78, of Section, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2008, at Crossville Health and Rehab.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 26, at 3 p.m. from Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dale Haynes officiating.
Burial will follow in Huntsville Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26, from 1 until 3 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home.
Mr. Melton is survived by his nephew, Mike Phillips of Indianapolis, Ind.; niece, Mollie Jacks of Indianapolis, Ind.; and special friends, Kevin and Marilyn Gross of Section.
Mr. Melton was preceded in death by his parents, Percival and Emma Melton, and his wife, Gladys Pauline Melton.
