HODGES - Mr. Willis A., 71, of Lake Butler, died Thursday at the North Florida Rehab & Specialty Care Center in Gainesville after an extended illness.
Mr. Hodges was born in Charlton County,Georgia. He lived in Lake Butler 30 years. He was a retired farmer. He was a member of the Church of God of Lake Butler.
Mr. Hodges is survived by: His wife: Zona Jeanette Cowart Hodges of St. George, Georgia 1 Daughter: Marlena Lynn Hodges of Sevierville, Tennessee. 2 Sisters: Myrtice Conner of St. George, Georgia and Marie Conner of Hilliard.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 14, 1999 at 1: 30 P.M. in the Church of God of Lake Butler with Rev. Alvin Lane and Rev. Buddy Renfroe officiating.
Burial will follow at Emaeus Cemetery near St. George, Georgia Archer Funeral Home of Lake Butler is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday evening from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M.
