SAVANNAH JUNE WILKES
Savannah June Wilkes, 17, of Quitman passed away Saturday March 31, 2012.
Born in Thomasville, Ga. she was the daughter of Wayne Wilkes and Becky Lewis Wilkes. She was a student at Brooke Co. High School and a member of Quitman First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her mother Becky Wilkes of Quitman her father Wayne Wilkes of Quitman, sister; Montana Lynn Wilkes of Quitman, Paternal Grandparents; Edna (George) Cannon of Quitman, Sheila Wilkes of Valdosta, Paternal Great Grandmother; Linda Bass of Valdosta, two aunts; Danielle Wilkes and Tisha Wilkes both of Valdosta. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents; Walker and Virginia Lewis and Paternal grandfather Earl Wilkes, Sr.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday April 3, at 1:00 PM at the Quitman First Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Atkinson and Pastor Sunnie Bland officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
The visitation will be held Monday at the Quitman First Baptist Church from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
