HISTORY: Mrs. Wilks was born August 23, 1943 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of the late Horace Lee 'Buck' Merriman and Dorothy Sellers Gaskins. She was a retired employee of Walmart and a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. Barbara Ann enjoyed reading and loved her cats, especially 'Garfield'. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Tony Merriman; and by her step-father, Fred E. Gaskins; and grandmother, Beulah Parker.
