Henry was also married to Hulda Teiser who had daughter Cuzzen and a son named William Allen and both named daughters Julia Ann and Nathaniel Gays wife Julia Ann also named a daughter Julia Ann Jr.
7/1/1815 deed of Henry Gay of Emanuel Co. to William price of Burke Co., 85 1/2 acre on David's Branch in Burke Co., bt from John Raiford 11/14/1798. Henry Gay named in LWT of his gr-father, Henry Gay..."To my , Henry 250 acres of land by way of intail, joining lines west Robert Lockridge and 14 pounds....." Henry Gay also mentioned in LWT of his gr-mother, Martha Gay, dtd 1785 Rockbridge Co. Va.

John Gay Jr. and Mary lived in Rockbridge Co. Va. with infant son Henry in 1759. His LWT dtd 12/06/1759 names wife Mary , father, Henry son Henry an infant. The widow renounced the Will and later moved to have the exr, Henry Gay, summoned to settle the estate. Her son Henry was left "part of 347 acres promised to John by his father, John Gay"
