Lueavie Dunaway Brady
Mrs. Lueavie Dunaway Brady, 83 of Lake City passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at the Lake City Medical Center. A native of Waycross, Georgia, Mrs. Brady had lived all of her life in Lake City. Mrs. Brady was a loving mother and grandmother, attended Prospect Primitive Baptist Church near White Springs when able and enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Brady was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Mr. Leo Brady in 2000 and three sons, James Brady, Edward Brady and one infant son.
Mrs Brady is survived by two sons, Steve Brady (Elaine) and Leo Brady (Sue), both of Lake City, two daughters, Carolyn Townsend (Otto), Brandford and Emma Rye (George), Ft. White. Thirteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and twenty five great great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Brady will be conducted on Saturday, October 3, 2009 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Ogburn officiating.
Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery north of Lake City.
Visitation with the family will be from 6-8:00 PM Friday evening at the funeral home.
